NOTE: We are undergoing replacement of our outhouses in the early part of the summer. Please expect some construction on our property, especially if you stay with us mid-week.
We’re sorry for your inconvenience, but are excited about these much-needed improvements!
Our 2023 cabin season is May 12-October 31. We have one winter rental cabin, the Garden Bunkhouse. It’s available January-March 2023.
All our cabins are closed to guests during the months of April and November to give the staff much needed rest!
All cabins require 100% payment upon booking, 30% of which is your non-refundable deposit. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully and be sure your dates are correct before clicking Book Now! Check-in is 4:00 pm or later and Check-out is no later than 11:00 am.
Firewood for use in the woodstove is included with your cabin reservation. Please don’t bring firewood from outside Cook County as it could bring in unwanted parasites.
Use of our canoes on-site (Bow Lake, Quiver Lake and Shoko Lake) is included with your cabin rental.
We are a Christian non-profit ministry that offers retreat cabins and campsites. We ask you to honor our family atmosphere and no-alcohol policy. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
In the summer months we invite you to join us for a worship service at the Chapel on Sunday mornings at 10am. We also have a Community Campfire on Saturday evenings with worship that everyone is welcome to join.
“The presence of God is so sweet it melts all hardness away. I cry every time I’m here. God does more healing in me. Thank you so much for serving and obeying God. Please keep on doing an excellent job for Him.”Love always, “Nameless”
There’s no cell service or wi-fi in Camp (cell service stops just a few miles out of Grand Marais). So make any online connections you need to before heading up the Gunflint Trail!
We have increased our rates in 2023 for our cabins, mainly due to rising costs of nearly every utility and commodity around us. While the prices are a bit more comparable the surrounding campgrounds and resorts in our area, we continue to be much lower than most in the Arrowhead region.
We want to be as affordable as possible to those who come, yet still cover our costs and sustain the ministry that happens here. We feel these prices reflect that desire reasonably well.
We also do not want those who cannot afford this chance for rest and ministry to be unable to come. If you find this pricing beyond what you can afford and need assistance, please let us know. We’d love to talk with you and see what we can work out.
Thank you for being a part of continued ministry here in the Northwoods!
