Your site includes a fire circle with grate and picnic table.
Please don’t bring firewood from outside Cook County as it could bring in unwanted parasites. Firewood is available for purchase in camp: $6/bundle of cut, split and seasoned birch.
Use of our canoes, kayaks, paddles and life jackets on-site (Bow Lake, Quiver Lake and Shoko Lake) is included with your campsite rental. They’re not to be taken to other lakes.
We are a Christian non-profit ministry that offers retreat cabins and campsites. We ask you to honor our family atmosphere and no-alcohol policy. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
In the summer months we invite you to join us for a worship service at the Chapel on Sunday mornings at 10am and our Saturday evening Community Campfire.
There is no cell service on our segment of the Gunflint Trail. We offer limited wi-fi at our Campground Office/Library if you need to check in at home, check the weather forecast, etc. If guests are staying in the Garden Cabin (in the same building) we ask that you respect their privacy and not sit on the porch while using wi-fi. Enjoy being offline during your stay—it’s amazingly refreshing!
Overview of Campsite Availability
Check the calendar below for availability of our campsites. The campground is open from Memorial Day weekend through about the third weekend of October each year.
NOTE: Campground water is turned off (including the Shower House) about the third week of September each season due to early freezing in our area. Campers coming at the end of the season should bring their own water.
